How do I unlock the app?＋
After buying through Gumroad, copy your licence key, open the app and enter it once to unlock your buyer access.
Can I use it on my phone and computer?＋
Yes. Sign in with the same account on both devices. Your saved listing workspace is available wherever you sign in.
How does the PropCon import work?＋
The app creates a temporary, unlisted webpage containing approved listing facts and ordered property photos. On a computer, open that page and use PropCon's official Chrome extension to import it. You still review and save the listing in PropCon.
Are my client files public?＋
No. Buyer access is protected and listing workspaces are private. You should still obtain the seller's permission before collecting personal documents.
Is there a free trial?＋
Yes. New members receive a one-week free trial before the first monthly or yearly charge.
What happens if I cancel?＋
You keep access until the membership end date shown by Gumroad. After the membership ends, the licence will stop unlocking the app, so download any listing packs you need first.
Will it guarantee leads or sales?＋
No. The app improves organisation and consistency without inventing claims, but no honest marketing product can guarantee leads or a sale.
Is it linked to a property portal?＋
No. It is an independent international workflow app. The optional PropCon import page supports a South African workflow, but you still review and save every listing in the portal yourself.
